We follow the DaoDi concept in the production of our herbal products, sourcing identified plant species cultivated and harvested in precise geographical locations, with particular emphasis on avoiding sulphur treatment. Our raw herbs come from long-term contracted suppliers, either through their own sourcing channels or from GAP-certified fields and GMP factories that meet Chinese and European standards. We keep close relationships with our suppliers so we can directly influence the quality and standard of our herbs, prioritising safety, consistency and efficacy. We do not supply sulphur-treated herbs, and all herbs are of the correct species and contain the proper level of active ingredients.
Our herbal granules are produced by the world’s largest concentrated herbal extract manufacturer, known for setting standards in Chinese Pharmacopoeia concentrated herbal medicine. Made with the spray-drying granulation method, the granules offer higher concentration and purity without additional fillers, and dissolve readily in warm or hot water.
Each batch of herbs at Phoenix Medical is fully traceable to its original source and comes with a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis, screening for active ingredients, pesticides, microbiology and heavy metals to comply with EU regulations.
